প্রোডাক্ট ভেলিভারি প্রসেস:
আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে পাঠাও কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে ভেলিভারি করে থাকি। আমাদের দিক থেকে অর্ডার প্রেসেস করতে ৪৮ ঘন্টা পর্যন্ত সময় নিয়ে থাকি তবে আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি যত দ্রুত সম্ভব কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর করতে। সাধারণত কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর পর ঢাকার ভিতরে ২-৩ দিন এর মধ্যে ভেলিভারি হয়।ঢাকার বাইরের ক্ষেত্রে ৩-৫ দিন এর মধ্যে ভেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকে।
প্রোডাক্ট ভেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করতে হবে। প্যাকেজ এ আমাদের থেকে কোন কিছু মিসিং বা ভুল কোনো প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হলে এই ভিডিও প্রমান হিসেবে আমাদের দেখাতে হবে এবং ইনভেস্টিগেট করে যথাযথ পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হবে। যদি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে নষ্ট বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হয় আমরা নিজ খরচে তা রিপ্লেস করে দিবো।
আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট ভেলিভারির সময় আগে পেমেন্ট করে পরে পার্সেল রিসিভ করতে হবে এবং ভেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট পছন্দ না হলে রিটার্ন করার কোনো সুযোগ নেই । আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট ১০০% অথেন্টিক এবং অরিজিনাল । সাধারণত টেক বা গ্যাজেট জাতীয় প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে যেসকল প্রোডাক্ট ব্যাটারি চালিত তা আগে ৩/৬ ঘন্টা চার্জ দিয়ে টেস্ট করতে হয় কিন্তু কুরিয়ার এজেন্ট এতক্ষন অপেক্ষা করবে না। কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করবেন আমরা যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করব।

How Delivery works:
We deliver all over Bangladesh through Pathao Courier. It takes up to 48 hours to process the order but we do our best to deliver it to the courier as quickly as possible. Usually after sending by courier, the delivery is done within 2-3 days within Dhaka. Delivery is completed within 3-5 days outside Dhaka.
The unboxing video must be done after product delivery. If any missing or wrong product is sent from us in the package, we have to show this video as proof and appropriate action will be taken after investigating. If a damaged or wrong product is sent by us, we will replace it at our cost.
We have to pay in advance and receive the parcel at the time of delivery of our product and if you do not like the product at the time of delivery, there is no option to return it. Our products are 100% authentic and original. Generally, in the case of tech or gadget products, the products that are battery operated must be tested by charging for 3/6 hours first, but the courier agent will not wait that long. If there is any problem contact us directly we will take appropriate action.
